When we were growing up, Thanksgiving meant a trip to our grandparents' house in Central Florida and a big meal with lots of other folks at the ranch where our grandfather hunted. Seeing families on television eat their Thanksgiving feast at home was confusing to our little brains. We thought you had to eat your turkey outside at a ranch.
Here we are circa 1976, rocking some oversized denim jackets with our grandmother.
Wherever you plan to spend Thanksgiving this year, may we suggest showing up to the table in our Thankful or Grateful T-shirt. The message will be clear no matter how you style it, but here are a few suggestions.
Thankful looks great with the Vera Bracelets in berry. Throw on a black cardigan and the Dalmatian Drops are perfect. And top it off with the Gingham headband in black.
The Arrow headband in navy or gold is just right with Grateful. As for bracelets, may we suggest the Chandler or either or both of our Grace and Faith bracelets.
More important than any accessory, of course, is the attitude of our hearts. On Thanksgiving and every day, may it be one of genuine gratitude.
